About the Opportunity
The Institute for Energy Economics and Financial Analysis (IEEFA), a rapidly-growing nonprofit addressing the global energy transition, is looking for a Development Associate who will be responsible for preparing and coordinating the production of written materials for foundation grant reporting and proposals.

The Organization: IEEFA, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, examines issues related to energy markets, trends, and policies. Our major research reports, daily commentaries, press coverage and other resources can be found on our website: www.ieefa.org. IEEFA’s work is widely cited across the mainstream press and in trade publications.

Travel: Some travel will be required, including regional travel and trips to New York for IEEFA team meetings and the annual conference.

Physical Demands and Work Environment: The Development Associate may work a hybrid remote/in office schedule. Must be able to work for prolonged periods at a computer. Computer work can involve repetitive motion, eyestrain, back and neck strain.
Hiring Range: $55,200 - $64,400
Benefits: A competitive benefits package including health, dental and vision insurance, vacation leave (20 days per year), sick and safe leave (10 days per year), 12 paid holidays per year, 401(k), Safe Harbor Plan (after 6 months employment), a home office set-up stipend, technology equipment provided.
